Fondata nel 2001 da Tonino e Fausto Settimi la ditta ha creato le proprie basi producendo renderign e progetti web per un numero considerevole di architetti, interior design, sviluppatori e aziende produttrici presenti nel centro Italia.

ABOUT EXTERIOR RENDERINGS
The largest percentage of our rendering work is building exteriors. We have created thousands of renderings for almost every type of project imaginable. The extensive object libraries (plants, trees, rocks, benches, lighting, people, vehicles, etc.) and material libraries (stone, brick, metal, wood, etc.) that we've developed allow us to quickly and realistically populate rendering and make them come to life.

RAPPRESENTAZIONI ESTERNE
La percentuale più grande del nostro lavoro riguarda rappresentazioni di costruzioni esterne. Abbiamo creato migliaia di rappresentazioni per quasi ogni tipo di progetto immaginabile. Le vaste biblioteche di oggetti (piante, alberi, rocce, banchi, illuminazione, gente, veicoli, ecc.) e materiali (pietra, mattone, metallo, legno, ecc.) che abbiamo sviluppato ci permette di creare rapidamente e realisticamente una rappresentazione quasi viva.

OUR EXTERIOR RENDERING SERVICE
•  Typically we create 1 to 3 photo-realistic renderings of the exterior of a project
•  Very fast turn-around - typically one to two weeks
•  Your design doesn't need to be finalized, we can fill in the holes
•  Projects are typically created from AutoCAD (we can also use sketches)

•  Solitamente creiamo 1 o 3 rappresentazioni fotorealistiche dell’esterno di un progetto.
•  I tempi di realizzazione sono molto veloci di solito consegne in 1 o 2 settimane.
•  Non necessariamente il progetto deve essere finito, possiamo completarlo second le vostre direttive.
•  Solitamente partiamo da piante e prospetti tipicamente create da AUTOCAD ma possiamo anche usare I vostri schizzi cartacei.

Over the past several years we have developed libraries of interior materials (fabrics, woods, metals, glass, etc.), and furniture (tables, chairs, sofas, lamps, etc.) that we use to quickly populate rooms of all types of interior spaces. Often we are asked to create custom furniture based on our clients' specs.

RAPPRESENTAZIONI DI INTERNI
Con il tempo abbiamo sviluppato biblioteche di materiali d’interno (tessuti, legno, metalli, vetro, ecc.) e di mobili (tabelle, sedie, lampade, ecc.) che usiamo spesso per popolare rapidamente le stanze dei vari tipi di interni. Spesso però siamo chiamati a realizzare mobili specifici su ordinazione.

ABOUT STYLIZED RENDERINGS
When a looser hand-drawn look is needed we stylized our photo-real renderings giving them a softer, work-inprogress feel. Stylized massing models are also great for presentations. Other sylized renderings are great for presenting a concept idea before details are designed to your client, or city review board. We can create stylized renderings as sketchy with parchment background, watercolor look with white background, or simple massing models.

RAPPRESENTAZIONI STILIZZATE
Quando espressamente richiesto realizziamo delle rappresentazioni sitlizzate ovvero l'immagine fotorealistica viene convertita tramite un filto un una sorta di quadro dipinto. Questa sorta di appiattimento in alcuni caso può essere opportuna per la realizzazione di alcune gigantografie.

ABOUT ANIMATIONS
Animations are great for marketing and presentations to show your project in close to real life. After modeling the project for standard renderings we move a camera through the model to create an animation. The animations can be on a website, projected from a laptop, or distributed on DVD to prospective buyers or displayed on a showroom TV.

ANIMAZIONI
Le animazioni rappresentano il mezzo di maggiore impatto per la presentazione dei vari progetti in quanto la dinamicità delle immagini rende il progetto maggiormente viciono alla vita reale. In pratica muoviamo una macchina fotografica all'interno del progetto generando una sequenza di foto utilizzabili per qualsiasi presentazione distribuibile su cd, dvd, video, tv etc.

ABOUT ARCHITECTURAL PRESENTATION
After the renderings are complete we often layout presentation boards that include additional information: project details, a colored site plan or floor plans, or 3d rendered elevations created from the rendering model. Our presentations are used for presentation boards for fund raising / bank review / city approval, marketing materials for sales offices, and design competitions.

RAPPRESENTAZIONI ARCHITETTONICHE
Una volta realizzati i vari rendering predisponiamo una vera e propria presentazione commerciale del progetto: piante, prospetti, livelli, spaccati degli appartamenti, cataloghi, cd/dvd/cd card di presentazione, sito web etc. Tali rappresentazoni tornano utili per l'acquisizione id fondo, per la vedita del progetto o per richieste di autorizzazioni.
