When 3D becomes a training tool for the medical industry

The challenge

Traditional printed instructions were not effective enough in demonstrating the correct use of the device and its different operating stages.

The client wanted to replace static illustrations with a solution capable of explaining the product clearly and intuitively, reducing the risk of misinterpretation while improving the overall training experience.

The solution

We developed a complete 3D animation that illustrates the medical device throughout its entire lifecycle.

Starting from the CAD model, we digitally recreated the product to showcase:

• the device design;

• the packaging and its contents;

• component assembly;

• the operating mechanisms;

• the correct use of the device during the procedure.

To accurately reproduce every movement, we went beyond the technical documentation. We studied real surgical procedure videos to fully understand how the instrument is actually used by healthcare professionals.

This approach allowed us to create technically accurate content that is both clear and easy to understand.
