How to visualise the operation of a hydraulic product for boilers | From CAD to 3D video

The requirement

The company had developed an innovative limescale prevention system for sanitary installations and boilers.

Once installed, the product remains concealed and its internal workings are not immediately apparent.

It was necessary to create a tool capable of showing:

• the various configurations available;

The solution

Starting from the CAD model, we created a 3D technical video designed to guide the customer through the product.

To explain how it works, we used a range of visualisation techniques:

• photorealistic renderings of the product;

• technical exploded views;

• dynamic cross-sections;

• transparent materials;

• water flow animation;

• highlighting of internal components;

• presentation of the various available configurations.

The animations allow users to immediately understand the operating principle without the need for lengthy technical explanations.
